1) What we do

StarrisedAds provides advertising technology that supports activation and measurement across Mobile, Web, and Connected TV (CTV). Depending on the integration, we may process device signals, ad delivery metadata, and measurement events to help our partners run and evaluate campaigns.

2) GDPR & ePrivacy (EU/EEA/UK)

Where GDPR applies, we design our processing to follow core principles such as transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, storage limitation, and integrity/confidentiality. When ePrivacy requirements apply (e.g., for cookies or similar identifiers), we support consent-based controls.

3) IAB TCF (Transparency & Consent Framework)

In programmatic environments, StarrisedAds is designed to respect consent signals passed via the IAB Europe TCF string (where implemented by the publisher/CMP), including relevant purposes, special features, and vendor permissions. Partners are expected to configure their consent and vendor settings appropriately.

4) CCPA/CPRA and U.S. state privacy laws

Where applicable, we support opt-out preferences for the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and we work with partners to facilitate access/deletion requests, consistent with regional requirements and contractual roles (controller/processor or business/service provider).

5) Connected TV (CTV) and cross-device privacy

CTV often operates in household or device contexts. Our approach emphasizes privacy-by-design, favoring aggregated and statistical measurement where appropriate, and avoiding unnecessary exposure of personal data. Cross-screen strategies should be implemented with clear notice, choice, and governance.

6) Security & governance

We apply technical and organizational measures (TOMs) such as access controls, logging/monitoring, and internal governance processes to reduce risk and maintain accountability. Specific controls may vary by product and partner integration.
